The NBN's ACCC crawl | Technology Spectator

The NBN's ACCC crawl | Technology Spectator: "After shadow communications and broadband minister Malcolm Turnbull’s bombast in Paris last week the NBN focus returned to pricing and access, and the fact that NBN Co is yet to finalise its wholesale broadband agreement with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). NBN Co will be hoping that it's fourth time lucky after it was forced by the competition regulator to re-submit the wholesale agreement on how internet service providers (ISPs) will access the NBN, for another round of industry negotiations. The ACCC’s stance indicates that it is sufficiently concerned about the prospect of NBN Co pushing ahead with the broadband agreement much too quickly and without the appropriate regulatory oversight."
