ACCC proposes NBN wholesale price checks

ACCC proposes NBN wholesale price checks: "The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission says it may review prices for the national broadband network within the first ten years of the network’s operation, after internet service providers voiced ongoing concern over the prices charged by NBN Co.

The proposal is one of several the competition watchdog has put to NBN Co and the telecommunications industry as it prepares to make a decision on the “special access undertaking”, the document governing pricing and access arrangements to the $37.4 billion for the next three decades."
